采购单 肥牛卷1盒,土豆粉1袋,金针菇100克
调料 黄灯笼辣椒酱500克,青杭椒1根,小米椒3个,泡椒50克,蒜末10克,料酒、白醋各1勺,盐、白糖各1小勺,大豆油适量

青杭椒洗净,切段;小米椒切碎;肥牛卷洗净,取锅倒水,烧开后下入肥牛卷,倒入料酒,煮至变色后捞出备用图4。肥牛卷肉质容易老,焯水的时间不宜过长。
