Foreword

According to the requirements of Document Jian Biao［2007］No.126 issued by Ministry of Construction（MOC）-"Notice on Printing the Development and Revision Plan of National Engineering Construction Standards in 2007（the Second），this code is formulated by Shengli Petroleum and Chemical Construction Corporation in collaboration with relevant organizations.

During the process，a monographic study and wide investigation was made by the preparation group to sum up practical experience in acceptance of non-metallic piping engineering in petrochemical engineering.Under the guideline of"split acceptance from evaluation，intensify acceptance，improve means and control process"，solicited wide opinions from relevant organizations and experts as design，construction and supervision in different ways，this code was not finalized until it was examined and some key issues were revised repeatedly.

This code comprises 10 chapters.The main technical contents of this code are:General Provisions，Terms，Acceptance，Storage and Handling of Piping Components，Fabrication of Piping，Erection，Assembly，Examination of Piping Joints，Piping System Test，Piping System Purging and Cleaning Inspection，Technical Documentation of Construction Completion.

The provisions printed in bold type are compulsory ones and must be enforced strictly.
