9.3 Commissioning of Skip Charging Equipment
9.3.1 The commissioning of skip charging equipment shall meet the following requirements:
1 The reducer and drum shall run without load for at least 4h respectively in positive and reverse direction and at least 1h at its maximum speed after the independent commissioning for motors.
1)The bearing temperature shall meet the requirements in current national standard GB 50231 General Code for Construction and Acceptance of Mechanical Equipment Installation Engineering.
2)All parts shall run without abnormal vibration or noise,and there is no oil leak at sealing point.
2 After no-load operation of the windlass,the wirerope shall be threaded to drive the charging car at low speed,the travel limit switch of the charging car shall be adjusted according to the design documents.
3 The wirerope tensioner breaker test shall be taken according to the design documents and the operation shall be flexible and reliable.
4 The emergency brake test shall be taken for the charging car during high speed operation and the sliding distance of the charging car after braking shall not exceed half of the drum circumference.
5 The charging car shall run under normal production speed for at least 8h.
1)The windlass and charging car shall run stably,all parts shall operate without abnormal vibration or noise and there is no oil leak at sealing point.
2)The bearing temperature shall meet the requirements in current national standard GB 50231 General Code for Construction and Acceptance of Mechanical Equipment Installation Engineering.
3)The tip-over angle of left and right charging car shall be consistent in accordance with the design documents.
