7.13　Commissioning of Top Ignition Device

7.13.1　The commissioning of top ignition device shall meet the following requirements:

1　Manually pull the burner walking device to allow it move forward/backward，there is no obstruction during movement，nor friction with the edge of hole when passing the ignition hole.

2　Start the burner walking device to allow it move forward/backward，adjust the limit switch in accordance with the design documents.

3　Allow the burner walking device move forward/backward for at least 3 times，the operation shall be flexible without abnormal noise or vibration，the limit switch shall also operate flexibly and reliably.

Check method:observe，measure and check the commissioning records.
