7.4　Valve Box

Ⅰ　Dominant Items

7.4.1　The packing（backing）seal on the flange face between valve box and butt flange of charging bucket shall meet the requirement in the design documents.They shall be closely contacted and the connecting bolts shall be evenly fastened，the fastening force of bolts shall meet the requirements in the design documents.

Check quantity:full check.

Check method:observe，check the bolt fastening records or trial fastening by a wrench.

Ⅱ　General Items

7.4.2　The allowable installation deviation of traveling track for valve box shall meet the requirements in Table 7.4.2.
