Abstract

Report on China Law Development 2014，drafted by Renmin University of China，utilizes theoretical and empirical research methods including information analysis，normative analysis，field study，key-point survey，questionnaire survey，case analysis，countermeasure research etc.The report carries out thematic investigation into some difficult and typical topics，areas and cases of administrative law on all provinces，autonomous regions and municipalities，together with representative places and units.The report outlines the basic structure and complete picture of the construction of building a rule of law government in our country.To actively implement the project of the construction of the law-based government，the report provides the practical basis and theoretical references，as well as for readers to deeply understand the policy，the structure and the reality of promoting the administration according to law，and the accelerating construction of law-based government.
