芹菜炒肉丝

原料
芹菜---------400克
猪瘦肉-------100克
调料
葱丝---------10克
姜丝----------5克
精盐-------1/2小匙
味精-------1/2小匙
酱油---------2小匙
甜面酱-------1大匙
料酒---------1小匙
植物油-------2大匙
制作步骤
1 将芹菜去根,择去叶子,洗净,沥干水分,先切成小段,再用刀切成细丝。
2 猪肉洗净,切成细丝,再放入碗中,加入少许精盐和料酒拌匀,腌渍10分钟。
3 炒锅置火上,加油烧至五成热,先下入猪肉丝炒至变色,再放入葱丝、姜丝、甜面酱炒出香味。
4 然后烹入料酒,加入酱油、精盐,放入芹菜丝,用旺火炒至断生,再加入味精翻炒均匀,即可出锅装盘。
